Welcome to Our Practice:
Choosing the right pediatric care for your family is an important decision. It’s vital that our approach to medical care aligns with your family’s values. When we’re on the same page, we can build a respectful, trusting relationship that supports the best possible care for your child.
Please review the following practice overview to determine if our clinic is the right fit for your family. We look forward to providing excellent care and building a strong partnership with you.
Your Medical Care
Vaccines
We follow the vaccination guidelines set by the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Staying on schedule with immunizations is essential for keeping your child—and our community—healthy.
Antibiotics
We are careful and intentional when prescribing antibiotics. Not every earache or runny nose requires them. In most cases, your child must be seen before we determine whether antibiotics are appropriate. We do not prescribe antibiotics over the phone unless specifically advised following a prior visit.
After-Hours Care
A provider is available around the clock for urgent concerns. After-hours calls are available for current patients only with urgent medical needs. To receive a call-back, please remove any call-blocking features—our providers return calls from blocked numbers.
For appointment requests, billing inquiries, referrals, or medication refill requests, please contact the office during normal business hours.
Use of Technology
We streamline your experience using digital tools. You’ll have access to our website, patient portal for communication and refills, and automated appointment reminders.
Office Hours
While we accommodate same-day or next-day needs when possible, we encourage families to book in advance. Well check-ups can be scheduled up to a year ahead.
We are open:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Billing
Insurance & Billing
Please verify that we accept your insurance plan. It’s your responsibility to present valid insurance at each visit and cover any copays. While we’re happy to answer basic questions, your insurer is the best source for details about your coverage. We bill according to federal guidelines based on actual services provided.
Fees & Payment Plans
Copays are due at the time of your visit. If you’re unable to pay, please contact our billing department beforehand to set up a payment plan.
Timeliness & Cancellations
We value your time and strive to stay on schedule. If you are a new patient, please arrive 15-20 minutes PER PATIENT to complete new patient paperwork. (Or you can print at home and bring to your appointment already completed.)
If you are running late, we may need to reschedule. Missed appointments take time away from others, so we kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. A $25 no-show fee may be charged for missed or late-canceled visits. Missing three appointments may lead to dismissal from our practice. New patients who miss their first scheduled visit will not be rescheduled.
